Junior Sales Administration Manager (100%

M.A.H. INTERNATIONAL AG is the market leader in the field of global receivables management for business customers as well as in services for the settlement of commercial disputes. For our headquarters in Stans (Switzerland), we are looking for a Junior Sales Administration Manager who manages the entire sales administration process and supports the acquisition of our Swiss and international customers. Applicants with residence or a work permit for Switzerland are preferred. Main tasks and areas of responsibility: • Independent management of the sales administration process • First point of contact for our international clientele (oral and written communication in English and German) • Preparation of contracts and implementation of regular follow-up actions to secure sales closures • Timely achievement of the sales targets set by the M.A.H. management • Maintaining statistics and preparing progress reports for the management • Conducting credit checks and case evaluations • Maintenance of existing customer accounts and long-term customer relationships • Support of the Sales & Marketing department as well as other departments as required Requirements: • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (oral and written) as well as absolute language proficiency in English and German for communication at management level; very good knowledge of French, Italian, Spanish or another language is an advantage • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent education • Ability to work independently as well as in a team and to take on responsibility • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic, global environment • Strong IT, database, time management, analysis and organizational skills • Loyalty, strong self-motivation and resilience We offer a challenging entry-level position with the opportunity for further professional development up to the management level.
