• 08 juillet 2026 • 100% • Durée indéterminée • Fribourg • Log in to see the salary estimate from jobup.ch In order to strengthen our teams, we are looking for one of our institutions located in the canton of Fribourg, welcoming about fifty residents : Head of Nursing Unit (80-100 %) FR / ALL Your mission: ## • Supervise a team of approximately 30 employees. • Guarantee care while ensuring high-quality professional nursing. • Actively participate in the development and improvement of your unit's processes. • Perform RAI evaluations with the support of an experienced specialist. • Close collaboration with the multidisciplinary team as well as with other actors such as the head of professional training in order to ensure the supervision of apprentices and students. You possess : • A tertiary-level nursing degree (HES, ES, DN2, AKP or equivalent training). • Experience in management or a real interest in a leadership function. • Several years of experience indispensable. • Excellent command of German, both spoken and written; good knowledge of French is an asset or vice versa. • Good mastery of the interRAI LTCF system and Carefolio software are significant assets.
