You like being in the field, creating lasting relationships and accompanying your clients in their real estate projects.

You are far from a "catalog seller", but rather a true advisor capable of listening, convincing and closing. Thanks to your quality of work, you will quickly become the face of Griesser recommended by "word-of-mouth".

Your mission ###

-You actively develop your private client portfolio

-You advise clients directly at their homes and propose tailor-made solar protection solutions

-You establish personalized offers and transform them into orders

-You ensure the follow-up of your projects until their realization

-You exploit and develop your client network with autonomy and ambition

Your professional backpack ###

-You have followed technical training in construction such as carpenter, metal constructor or equiv.

-You possess good knowledge of construction (building physics, material properties)

-You are a virtuoso with the tablet or PC; CRMs and MS tools have no secrets from you

-You are experienced in the sale of solutions in construction, ideally blinds/shading systems

-You are a person knowing how to conclude a sales-advisory approach into a client order

-Ideally you live in the canton of Geneva or Vaud
