Your area of responsibility

• Achieving the competencies defined by XUND in collaboration with our trainers
• Learning and applying nursing tasks, processes, and procedures in daily care
• Participating in the accompaniment and care of our residents
• Collaborating within the interdisciplinary team
• Actively participating in training, learning situations, and case discussions

What you bring

• Completed basic training in the field of care and accompaniment or in another professional field at EFZ level
• Joy of working with people, particularly elderly people
• Motivation to learn new things and to assume responsibilities
• Friendly, open, and communicative personality
• Great willingness to learn as well as service orientation
• Reliable working method and ability to work in a team
