How you inspire

• You ensure personal advice for basic products in the topics of numbers, saving, investing, and retirement provision
• You manage and develop your own client portfolio in the private retail customer segment
• You take on the committed role of host and act as the contact person for all concerns in the customer zone
• You accompany and support our customers with integrated self-service and in handling digital tools

What you bring

• You have a commercial basic education in the banking industry
• You love direct customer contact and have good communication and presentation skills, preferably also in [missing/unclear] language
• You bring a high orientation toward service with a courteous and winning manner
• You have high initiative as well as entrepreneurial thinking
