The Park C Ward offers support and help in mental health crises to adults between the ages of 18 and 60. We work according to current clinical guidelines and findings of evidence-based medicine.
The ward's recovery-oriented therapeutic concept combines disorder-specific therapy elements with established crisis intervention techniques (Safewards concept) and milieu-therapeutic factors.
Your tasks
Your tasks in leadership involve co-responsibility for the implementation of strategic objectives.
You bear co-responsibility for the personnel, organizational, and economic matters of the ward.
You ensure a high quality of nursing care based on current findings and methods.
You work closely with the ward manager and in the interdisciplinary team.
You wish to engage with processes and conceptual development and participate actively.
Your core tasks also include the individual, professional nursing and care of the patients.
You actively help shape the therapeutic milieu of the ward and orient your way of working according to the ward concept.
With commitment and openness, you think and act for the benefit of the patients.
You show understanding towards the patients and their individual psychological problems, maintaining contact at eye level.
Your profile
You have completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH, bring interest in the psychiatric field, and find joy and understanding in dealing with people in their problem-solving processes.
Independence, sense of responsibility, and high social competence characterize you. You bring leadership experience or are willing to complete leadership training and contribute content. If you are a team-oriented, communicative, and prudent personality and are interested in the leadership function, we look forward to receiving your application.
