A GRADUATE NURSE AT 50\-60% FRENCH-SPEAKING WITH GERMAN SKILLS solicare is a home care organization specialized in the field of care provided by close relatives. The non-profit organization was created in 2020 and now offers its support in 19 cantons. We accompany family caregivers, remunerate them for the basic care they provide at home and train them through our QualiMio curriculum. This is the first certified and free training intended for close relatives who provide care. Your missions you analyze care requests in a global and relevant manner you evaluate the situation using the interRAI\-HC tool and establish complete care plans for each care situation you ensure the quality of services and the formative supervision of family caregivers you participate in the continuous improvement process and the development of the French-speaking region you work with colleagues from several offices you maintain constructive relations with our various partners and contribute to establishing new professional contacts Your skills ES/HES nursing degree mastery of French and good knowledge of German (both oral and written) professional experience in the field of home care in Switzerland knowledge of the interRAI\-HC tool pronounced sense of responsibility and high quality requirement in your work ability to work autonomously flexibility, stress resistance Advantages flexibility of schedules, day shifts and weekends off developing one's knowledge in the field of close caregiving collaborating with colleagues from multiple backgrounds evolving in a structure under development and of human size making an essential contribution to family caregivers and the health system in French-speaking Switzerland Workplace: home visits to family caregivers (primarily in the Vaud region), teleworking, online work sessions and occasionally in person in Berne or elsewhere in Switzerland (approximately 1\-3 times per month).
