The Position :
Management of the bank and the cash desk.
Allocation of suppliers and payments.
Entry of accounting entries.
Monitoring of litigation.
Maintenance of the various dashboards and monitoring tools.
Establishment of the establishment's budgets based on indications from management.
Relations with the financial referents of the state granting body and with the fiduciary/the audit body of the establishment.
Processing of property insurance claims.
Management of donations based on indications from management.
Management of the wallets of beneficiaries received in accommodation.
The Profile :
Hold a Swiss accounting diploma or equivalent with experience.
Able to conduct accounting up to the annual closing.
Having already worked in a similar position in a socio-educational establishment or similar would be a real asset.
Dynamic and able to work independently.
Sense of initiative.
Ease in teamwork, organization and reliability.
Interest in the field of disability.
