What you accomplish
You develop and evolve your assortment by analyzing market trends, customer expectations and growth opportunities in order to propose an attractive, relevant and high-performing range.
You manage the launch of new products from A to Z. You coordinate the different stakeholders, follow key steps and ensure compliance with deadlines, quality and defined objectives.
You build relationships of trust with suppliers. You participate in negotiations, select new partners and contribute to guaranteeing a competitive and high-quality range.
You ensure product availability by collaborating closely with logistics teams and external partners in order to guarantee a smooth and reliable supply.
You analyze the performance of your portfolio using sales data. You identify levers for improvement and implement concrete actions to strengthen results.
You collaborate with many interlocutors in French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland. You share useful information, coordinate projects and advance files with autonomy.
What you bring
Education: Completed studies (Uni/EFP, HES, ES)
Specialization: in the field of management, marketing or related technical field.
Professional experience: 5 years of experience: in product management preferably in the retail and fresh products sector.
You manage several projects in parallel with method and autonomy. You make decisions, move forward in a changing environment and find pragmatic solutions in the face of the unexpected.
You communicate with ease and quickly create relationships of trust. You know how to collaborate with various partners, defend your ideas and unite people around a common goal.
You analyze data with perspective and transform it into concrete actions. You stay focused on customer needs while contributing to the commercial performance of the category.
