Together with the brands Volg, TopShop and AGROLA, the LANDI cooperatives also supply the population in rural areas of Switzerland with food, daily necessities and energy. LANDI Pilatus AG is actively successful in the Central Switzerland region. At the Malters location for the LANDI store, we are looking for a Deputy Store Manager by arrangement.

These tasks will inspire you

• Supporting the store management in operational and organizational leadership
• Responsibility for the point of sale in the absence of the store management
• Competent advice and support for our customers
• Ensuring sales-promoting product presentation and optimal product availability
• Ordering and managing the sales assortment
• Support with administrative tasks, cash reconciliations and monthly closings
• Ensuring order, cleanliness as well as compliance with quality and hygiene standards

• Completed vocational training in retail, preferably in the LANDI industry
• Joy in dealing with people and strong customer orientation
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Good organizational skills as well as team spirit and resilience
• Resilient and flexible with regard to work assignments (incl. Saturday)
• Very good German skills (oral and written)
