Tasks

• You take over the personnel and professional leadership of the "Baumerhalt" team with three open space consultants
• You are responsible for the content and processes of the sovereign tree preservation topic area - consulting, assessment of tree felling requests, inspection and acceptance of replacement plantings as well as tree protection measures within the framework of construction projects
• You offer professional support in the consulting of construction projects
• You lead the development or maintenance of necessary enforcement aids and consulting materials for the implementation of sovereign tree preservation and contribute to raising awareness for the topic of tree preservation/tree protection
• You participate actively in specialist committees or bodies and contribute to good internal networking of the specialists

Profile

• Completed studies in landscape architecture, environmental engineering or comparable as well as ideally further training in project management and in leadership (or the willingness to do so) – the team size offers the opportunity to make the step into leadership as a specialist.
• Several years of professional experience and in-depth industry knowledge in tree inspection/care with corresponding further training
• Winning personality with high assertiveness and an eye for the big picture
• Initiative, strong communication skills and negotiation skills
• Enjoyment of working in a very dynamically developing environment
