Your responsibility with a view to the entrepreneurial goals: * Management of the branch: Operational and economic responsibility for the location as well as management, deployment planning, and further development of employees and apprentices * Customers & Market: Support of existing customers, acquisition of new customers as well as processing of tenders, offers, and contract negotiations * Project Management: Planning, coordination, and monitoring of concrete demolition, drilling, and cutting projects from calculation to billing * Technology & Execution: Assessment of demanding construction projects, choice of suitable demolition methods, and support with technical questions * Finance & Controlling: Responsibility for budget, turnover, and profitability as well as continuous monitoring of costs, utilization, and project results * Safety & Quality: Ensuring occupational safety, execution quality, and compliance with all legal and operational specifications. Your skills to advance us as well as our customers and employees: * Basic technical or manual training in the construction industry * Further training as a construction manager (Bauführer), site manager (Bauleiter), foreman (Polier), technician HF, master builder (Baumeister), or a comparable qualification * Several years of professional and leadership experience in concrete demolition, concrete drilling/cutting, or related areas * Experience in calculation, order processing, site management, and project management * Technical understanding as well as entrepreneurial and solution-oriented thinking * Leadership competence, decisiveness, and customer-oriented appearance * Independent, structured way of working with a high awareness of quality, costs, and safety * Resilient, reliable, and flexible personality * Good user knowledge in MS Office and industry-standard calculation and construction software * Driver's license Cat.
