What awaits you
Professional care of our guests in the restaurant according to Hapimag service culture and standards
Active and friendly guest greeting, seating, and advice on food and drink selection
Taking orders, serving food and drinks, as well as cash handling
Active up-selling and cross-selling of F&B offers to increase guest satisfaction and revenue
Ensuring smooth service processes in the assigned station
Compliance with hygiene, quality, and data protection guidelines in guest contact

What you bring with you
Completed training in gastronomy or hotel management
Professional experience in hotel management or gastronomy is an advantage
Strong guest orientation and enjoyment of personal service
Well-groomed appearance, very good manners, and high resilience
Teamwork skills and willingness to work in the evenings, on weekends, and on public holidays
Good German and English skills, further languages (Italian, French) are an advantage
