In order for you to contribute all your energy, you bring the following: * Basic training as a Polymechaniker or Industriemechaniker * Several years of professional experience in mechanical manufacturing and processing * Good knowledge in cutting, manufacturing and measurement technology * Interest in automation, new technologies and process optimization * Technical understanding, manual dexterity and a hands-on mentality * Communication skills, empathy and social competence * Enthusiasm and joy in collaborating in a team * Fluent German skills in speaking and writing as well as good IT skills * Ideal age due to team constellation: 28 - 45 years.
