Operations Mechanic

We are looking for our customer, a certified manufacturer in the pharmaceutical sector (ophthalmics), to strengthen the team with a dedicated employee who is responsible for the following main tasks as:

Operations Employee

Your main tasks:

• Ensuring optimal operational readiness and availability of production, filling, and packaging machines (electrical knowledge also advantageous)
• Setup and changeover work on production, filling, and packaging machines
• Troubleshooting of production and infrastructure systems
• Compliance with GMP and other regulations

Support of the supervisor in the implementation of the GSU guidelines; performing maintenance work and calibrations

Your profile:

We are looking for a flexible and resilient personality with a completed apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, or electromechanical technician. Knowledge in the electrical field and willingness for further training NIV Art. 15 or 13 are mandatory. To perform your main tasks, the supervision and maintenance of production, packaging, and infrastructure systems, you bring at least 3 years of professional experience in this field. You enjoy taking on responsibility and are ready to quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks. An independent way of working as well as the joy of working in a flexible and motivated team complete your profile. As an internal service department for the plant, willingness to work shifts (at least 2-shift operation) and on-call duty is a requirement for the function.
