AI Transformation & Innovation Program Manager (all) # Your field of action • Global responsibility for AI transformation and innovation (strategy, roadmap, budget, KPIs, risks) • Development and implementation of the AI strategy at group level • Promotion of AI innovation by identifying, prioritizing, and scaling AI use cases throughout the value chain • Implementation of AI governance, compliance, and operating models • Promotion of an innovative and data-driven corporate culture, including change management • Creation of a group-wide network and close collaboration with management and stakeholders • Management of international and interdisciplinary teams and communities Your assets • University degree in economics, computer science, engineering, or a comparable field • At least 10 years of professional experience in transformation, digitalization, AI, innovation, or consulting • Several years of experience in managing large group programs • Proven success in scaling digital solutions with business impact • Solid technological understanding (AI, data, automation, platforms) as well as strong skills in program, change, and stakeholder management (up to C-level) • Entrepreneurial spirit, high implementation capacity • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English • Ideally, you possess industry knowledge in the energy or infrastructure sector. • Availability for travel within the DACH region We do not wish to receive applications from personnel service providers.
