Join us! We are looking for a Guest Experience Manager with an indeterminate duration contract for our Geneva site, in the heart of the city. Your main missions: • Commercial: processing and follow-up of meeting room requests, sales of associated services, preparation of rooms, canvassing of new companies, management of visits to the center • Reception/welcome: welcoming the center, standard, processing reservations and customer requests. • Management: application of procedures related to the operation of the site, welcoming and monitoring customers in the park, managing orders and replenishment, payment reminders • Hospitality: ensuring the good upkeep of the center (in connection with our suppliers) • Animation: participating in the animation of client cocktails or other events aimed at promoting the conviviality of the site and the notoriety of the company. The hours are distributed from Monday to Friday, based on 40 hours per week.
