We are commissioned to approach a structured, strategically thinking, and team-oriented personality as Head of Real Estate Management (80 – 100 %) and member of the Executive Board Directly reporting to the Managing Director, you are responsible for the management of the real estate portfolio, strike a balance between market-oriented and social orientation, and lead the commercial and technical team. This includes lettings including initial lettings, maintenance and management, as well as facility management. For construction projects, you ensure operational requirements and are responsible for transferring new buildings into operational use. You enjoy developing processes, systems, and the organization further and participate in the strategic orientation of the foundation. You have a higher education in real estate or facility management or a comparable qualification. Decisive are your several years of experience in personnel management as well as in the management of a demanding real estate portfolio. You bring sound knowledge of rental and service charge law, technical understanding, as well as financial competence and market knowledge. Experience with construction or renovation projects is an advantage. Ideally, you are familiar with the environment of non-profit organizations and are affine towards community living forms. Personally, you convince through independence, joy of creation, teamwork, and steadfastness at the executive board level.
