Polymechanic CNC (FANUC / HEIDENHAIN / Siemens) (m/f/d) – 100%

For our customer, we are looking for an experienced and qualified Polymechanic CNC with knowledge of FANUC, HEIDENHAIN, and/or Siemens controls, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

Independent setup and operation of CNC-controlled machine tools
CNC milling and/or CNC turning of demanding workpieces
Programming, setting up, and optimizing CNC programs
Working with FANUC, HEIDENHAIN, and/or Siemens controls
Production of individual parts as well as small and medium series
Selection and setup of the required tools and clamping devices
Optimization of machining processes and machine parameters
Working according to technical drawings, production plans, and specifications
Carrying out dimensional, quality, and final inspections
Working with various measuring and testing instruments
Recognizing and rectifying malfunctions and deviations in the production process
Carrying out simple maintenance and servicing work on the machines
Compliance with safety, quality, and production specifications

Your profile

Completed training as Polymechanic EFZ, Production Mechanic EFZ, or equivalent technical training
Several years of professional experience in CNC production is an advantage
Good knowledge of CNC turning and/or CNC milling
Experience with FANUC, HEIDENHAIN, and/or Siemens controls
Programming knowledge and experience in the independent setup of CNC machines
Confident reading and implementing technical drawings
Good knowledge in handling measuring and testing instruments
High awareness of quality and precision
Technical understanding and solution-oriented way of working
Independent, exact, and reliable way of working
Willingness to work shifts is an advantage
Good German skills
