, organized and autonomous, you manage your missions with efficiency and are perfectly comfortable with IT tools. You benefit from higher or relevant technical education for the position (Bachelor HES/EPF, ES diploma, CFC with complementary training or a title deemed equivalent).

Your additional assets:
Training or specialization in the field of energy, environmental techniques, or building technology
Previous experience in the field of smart metering
Knowledge of the Swiss real estate world (property management companies, owners)
You are bilingual (German, Swiss German / French)
Your daily job:
You will evolve within a dynamic team accompanying property owners and real estate management companies in the energy monitoring of their buildings, the reduction of their CO2 emissions, and the achievement of their sustainability objectives.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of various buildings located throughout French-speaking Switzerland and will notably ensure the following tasks:
The implementation and administrative monitoring of new mandates and buildings;
The control, validation, and analysis of consumption data for all energy flows (heating oil, gas, electricity, domestic hot water, solar, and water);
The preparation and analysis of energy balances as well as the identification of consumption anomalies;
The drafting of energy monitoring reports;
The presentation of energy balances, analysis reports, and improvement recommendations to clients.
In addition, you may also be required to accompany our clients in defining their ESG strategy, ensure their training in the use of our solutions, and regularly present them with new services and developments offered by the company.
