Your tasks

• Independent execution of correct and timely payroll in compliance with legal, regulatory and internal requirements
• Responsibility for all payroll-relevant changes along the Employee Life Cycle (entries, exits, contract changes, absences, etc.)
• Technical processing of social security cases (EO, family allowances, maternity and paternity benefits, daily sickness benefits, accident insurance)
• Preparation and control of withholding tax statements as well as support during audits and annual closing work
• Advising employees, managers and HR Business Partners on questions regarding wages, social insurance and time management
• Ensuring high data quality in the HR and payroll systems
• Participation in the further development and digitalization of payroll processes as well as in system optimizations

What you bring with you

• Several years of experience in payroll
• Sound knowledge of the Swiss social security and wage system
• Experience with modern HR and payroll systems, ideally Abacus, Workday or comparable solutions
• High affinity for digital processes, data quality and system applications
• Analytical mindset as well as enjoyment in questioning and improving processes
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Strong service orientation as well as enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders
• Very good German skills, as well as French is an advantage
• If applicable, basic commercial training as well as further training in the area of payroll or social insurance
