Nurse HF/FH (a) Without night shifts What you will achieve with us Steering the nursing process for psychiatric clients Determining service needs, creating the assistance and care plan Ensuring the professional provision of nursing services, ensuring differentiated, systemic, and specialized care Undertaking nursing assignments at our clients' homes Carrying out interventions and maintaining electronic documentation Professional leadership of employees and coaching in complex care situations What you bring with you Basic training as a nurse HF/FH or equivalent with SRK recognition Several years of professional nursing experience - further training in psychiatric nursing or corresponding professional experience (min. 2 years) Competent assessment of nursing situations Flair and enjoyment of administrative and organizational activities Good IT user knowledge Readiness to travel by bicycle PEOPLE COUNT WITH US!
