Team Leader Customer Advisory

• You lead and develop a team of 4 to 6 employees (incl. apprentices)
• You plan the personnel resources and ensure smooth operations
• You ensure a high quality of service and advisory
• You advise customers in the areas of numbers, saving, investing, and retirement planning
• You recognize customer potential, strengthen existing relationships, and win new customers
• You represent our bank at customer events and actively maintain your network in the region
• You contribute ideas and actively help shape the further development of the area

What do you bring with you?

• completed banking training or comparable training in the financial services environment
• experience in customer advisory
• initial leadership experience or motivation for the next career step
• high customer and service orientation as well as joy in dealing with people
• independent, responsible, and solution-oriented way of working
• SAQ certification is an advantage
