Specialist Responsibility for Nursing (m/w/d)

The Gässliacker is a medium-sized center for old age and health with around 130 employees. We care for and support 81 residents in the nursing home and up to 15 day guests in the day care. The Betreute Wohnen Plus includes 60 apartments with tenants. The modern infrastructure, our diverse garden facilities, and the beautiful location complement our services. To strengthen our nursing team, we are looking for a technically competent, reliable, and committed person as Specialist Responsibility for Nursing (m/w/d) Your tasks: • Joint responsibility for maintaining and promoting resident safety through a culture of learning and safety • Close cooperation with the station managers • Specialist coaching of nursing staff with authority to give instructions and convey knowledge • Support and ensuring high-quality nursing through regular participation in nursing • Monitoring and controlling quality targets and quality-relevant measures as well as creating improvement suggestions • Preparing and accompanying audits and inspections • Implementing quality projects with MQI data You bring: • Training as a diploma nursing specialist HF / FH or equally recognized training • In-depth specialist knowledge at BScN or MAS level or willingness to complete further training in nursing development and specialist responsibility • Several years of experience in long-term care • In-depth knowledge of nursing and quality management as well as relevant statutory provisions • High reflective ability, flexibility, and reliability • Empathy and sensitivity in dealing with employees, managers, and customers • Pronounced communication skills, professionalism, and positive role model • Very good German language skills in word and writing • In-depth EDV user knowledge (MS-Office, LOBOS an advantage) If you want to pull the same rope with us, you are exactly right with us!
