Your main tasks

• You lead the area of personnel development and further training technically, operationally, and personally.
• You effectively implement the strategic requirements of personnel development and further training.
• Together with the stakeholders, you develop and coordinate cross-departmental and area-specific personnel development & further training measures.
• You maintain the exchange with training officers of other corps and with external institutions.
• You ensure the further training administration and the digital educational solutions.

Your profile

• Completed police training with a federal specialist certificate (eidgenössischem Fachausweis) and several years of police professional experience
• Proven leadership experience
• Good knowledge of the police education system and the various specialist career paths
• High advisory competence and interest in strategic and operational questions in the field of personnel development and further training
• Negotiation skills and confident written expression
• Ability to quickly grasp complex facts, present them in a structured manner, and convey them understandably
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation and strong service orientation
• Willingness to complete further training in the field of adult education
