You are a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy (or already advanced in your further training), enjoy outpatient work, and want to help shape it? In our Ambulante Dienste in Bern, a versatile and professionally exciting task awaits you in a committed, interdisciplinary environment.

In your function as a Senior Physician, you will contribute your professional expertise, take on responsibility, and support the further development of medical and psychological staff. As a recognized FMH training center for psychiatry and psychotherapy (outpatient and inpatient), good further education is very important to us.

This is what your professional day with us looks like ####

• Psychiatric diagnostics and assessment as well as planning, implementation, and monitoring of psychiatric treatments
• Independent case management of outpatient patients
• Professional psychiatric and psychotherapeutic leadership and supervision of assistant physicians and psychologists in close cooperation with the lead psychologist
• Participation in the consultation and liaison service for the Lindenhofgruppe as well as in the emergency service in our clinic
• Participation in internal further education as well as in interprofessional and intraprofessional cooperation

What you bring with you ####

• State examination in medicine (CH) or equivalent qualification (EU/EFTA)
• Specialist qualification in psychiatry and psychotherapy or advanced in further training to become a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy
• Advanced knowledge of psychotherapeutic methods
• Very good German skills (oral and written)
• High commitment, readiness for action, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• A respectful and appreciative manner with patients, relatives, and employees
• Enjoyment in the promotion and further education of medical and psychological colleagues
