As part of its development, our client is looking for an experienced and autonomous HR Manager, able to support teams and structure the HR function. Responsibilities • Manage all HR activities in direct contact with management. • Ensure administrative management of personnel: contracts, salaries, social insurance, accounts and certificates. • Manage recruitment, integration and monitoring of employees. • Ensure monitoring of work permits and relations with the competent authorities. • Ensure compliance with Swiss labor law and collective agreements applicable to the construction sector. • Implement and optimize HR processes: annual evaluations, training plans, absence management and staff regulations. • Advise operational managers on all HR-related issues. • Monitor sickness, accident and reintegration situations in collaboration with the relevant insurance companies. Profile Confirmed experience of at least three years in a generalist HR function. Excellent knowledge of Swiss labor law and social insurance. Experience in the construction or building sector is a real asset. Knowledge of collective agreements in the construction sector is appreciated. Mastery of a payroll management software (Crésus or equivalent). Autonomous, pragmatic and solution-oriented personality. French as mother tongue or level C1/C2. Residence in French-speaking Switzerland (Vaud or neighboring cantons).
