ICT Supporter 100% Your role You provide communication facilities as well as hardware, software, and network components, and install, maintain, and replace them on-site at the customer's location You support users in daily operations, instruct them, and take care of repairs or the replacement of defective devices You analyze, locate, and resolve hardware and software faults on client, server, and retail systems You carry out repairs on servers, peripherals, and client devices, install and replace PCs, and ensure smooth rollouts at customers You plan and realize expansions and workplace relocations including physical moves, as well as IMAC services for our customer You participate in the on-call organization You document all activities in the IT service management tool and support moves and changes of location What you bring with you Completed training in the IT sector or comparable training with MCDST or PC/LAN support further training or career change with very good IT knowledge Many years of professional experience in this function is an advantage Quick comprehension and a structured, solution-oriented way of working High communication skills and enjoyment of direct customer contact on-site ITIL certification is an advantage Very good German skills, French or Italian skills are an advantage Driving license category B is mandatory for on-site customer assignments Are you interested?
