Polymechaniker/in - CNC Manufacturing, CNC Turning

Activity

• Program CNC turning machines and set them up for manufacturing
• Monitor ongoing production on the systems
• Independently check workpieces including first-article inspection according to the four-eyes principle
• Continuously improve manufacturing processes
• Participate in the supervision of apprentices

Requirements

• Basic mechanical training as a Polymechanikerin or Polymechaniker EFZ
• Alternatively, several years of experience on CNC turning machines
• ISO programming with Fanuc and Siemens would be desirable
• Good oral and written German skills
• Strong quality awareness in daily work
