On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Logistics Manager (M/F). Your future responsibilities: • You will take charge of the loading and unloading operations of trucks in compliance with established procedures. • You will ensure the maintenance of a professional and high-quality relationship with customers, suppliers, and various partners. • You will organize and coordinate orders while ensuring rigorous monitoring of delivery deadlines. • You will plan the various production activities in order to guarantee an optimal organization of work. • You will ensure the management and monitoring of stocks according to the needs for components and materials. • You will control the receipt of goods and verify their conformity with the orders placed. • You will anticipate supply needs in order to avoid stockouts and production delays. • You will collaborate closely with the different departments to ensure a good flow of information. • You will participate in the organization of shipments and ensure respect for the deadlines agreed upon with customers. • You will keep the movement of goods up to date and ensure precise monitoring of stock entries and exits. • You will ensure the monitoring of supplies and verify the availability of components in SAP. Your profile: • You hold a CFC in logistics, logistics management, or a recognized equivalent training, supplemented by a valid SUVA forklift license. • You have confirmed professional experience in the construction sector, industry, or a similar environment. • You are comfortable with IT tools and ideally master the SAP software. • You possess good knowledge in the management of stocks, orders, and goods flows. • You communicate with ease and maintain good relationships with customers, suppliers, and various internal departments. • You are an organized, methodical person attentive to the respect of procedures. • You demonstrate initiative and are able to quickly propose solutions adapted to the situations encountered. • You know how to manage priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment. • You enjoy teamwork while being able to assume your responsibilities autonomously. • You are flexible, reactive, and know how to adapt to the different needs of production and logistics. • You attach particular importance to compliance with safety rules and procedures related to handling. • You hold a valid driver's license and are mobile for the needs of the position.
