Chief Financial Officer As an organization of the meat industry, Centravo takes on a central role in the utilization and processing of organic by-products. Our core competencies lie in worldwide marketing, professional disposal and optimal utilization of slaughter by-products, as well as well-coordinated and efficient logistics. To strengthen our management team at the Lyss location, we are looking for you as Chief Financial Officer What you will do: Leadership and further development of the responsible areas together with the respective Team Leads, as well as continuous optimization of structures, processes and cooperation Responsibility for financial corporate management including budgeting, forecast, multi-year and liquidity planning as well as meaningful KPI and control instruments Ensuring financial reporting as well as monthly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and OR Responsibility for controlling, cost accounting, risk management and IKS as well as their continuous further development Management of financing, treasury and liquidity as well as maintenance of relationships with banks, audit and other relevant external partners Financial assessment of investments, business cases and strategic initiatives as well as derivation of sound decision-making bases Active further development of financial, management and information systems with a focus on ERP, Business Intelligence, digitalization and efficient processes Sparring partner for CEO, management and Board of Directors in financial, business administration and strategic issues Who you are: Completed studies in business administration with a focus on finance or a comparable higher continuing education in finance Several years of experience in a senior finance function, ideally as CFO or in a comparable role Sound knowledge in financial reporting, controlling, planning and financial corporate management Very good understanding of ERP systems, digital finance processes and Business Intelligence Proven leadership experience as well as strong analytical and entrepreneurial skills Strong implementation and pragmatic personality who thinks strategically and is willing to take on operational responsibility for important topics Very good German and English skills, knowledge of French is an advantage Special about this position is: The Centravo Group is in an exciting transformation phase.
