To strengthen our team in Niederbipp, we are looking for you as soon as possible as Plant Operator Waste Paper Processing and Fluidized Bed Furnace in the 4-shift system 100% (m/f/d) Tasks: • Plant professional: You control the heart of our paper production, monitor the waste paper processing plant and the fluidized bed furnace and ensure a smooth process. You also ensure that all aggregates are functioning and that the paper input is carried out correctly according to the recipe and white specification. • Organizational talent: You manage daily tasks, perform water analyses, maintenance work and cleaning tasks and ensure the replenishment of aids. • Technical all-rounder: You support repairs, web changes and process problems. Your ideas for optimizing production processes are in demand. Profile: • Education and experience: You have a completed mechanical or technical training, e.g., as a plant operator, mechanic, locksmith or plumber, or bring several years of experience with industrial plants. Ideally, you have experience as a heating plant operator. • Willingness for further training: You bring sound knowledge as a heating plant operator or are interested in completing further training with our support. • Shift willingness: You feel comfortable in the 4-shift operation. We work in a rolling 7-day shift model, in which you work seven consecutive days in the same shift – also on weekends and public holidays.
