Your contribution to success ## As an HR Business Partner, you are the central contact person for managers in the Commercial sales division. You work close to the business, understand its challenges and ensure that HR solutions are not only conceptually convincing but also work in everyday life. In doing so, you do not think in terms of responsibilities, but in terms of solutions and impact. Your tasks include in particular: • Advising and sparring with managers on operational and high-level HR issues • Proactive support of the business during personnel, organizational and cultural changes • Independent processing of demanding labor law topics • Support in reorganizations, change processes and the further development of teams • Participation in projects • Support of performance, talent, succession and development topics • Active cooperation with specialized, international and supra-regional HR functions • Identifying potential for improvement as well as developing and implementing new approaches • Active co-shaping of the future HR organization and its cooperation with the business • Ensuring professional and legally secure personnel work Are you ready? ##  You are a particularly good fit for this role if you bring the following: • Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable generalist HR function • A commercial basic education and further training at HF/FH level in Human Resources • Sound experience along the entire employee lifecycle • Good knowledge of Swiss labor law • Confidence in dealing with demanding employee relations and leadership topics • Experience in an international and complex corporate environment • Ideally experience with Commercial functions • Experience in supporting change projects • Strong business understanding and a good sense for different stakeholders • Very good German and English skills, as well as good French skills • Willingness to support our branches throughout Switzerland in addition to the headquarters in Hochdorf • Ability to provide orientation in an environment that is not yet fully defined • Ability to question things without losing sight of feasibility • To advise and challenge managers in a partnership-based manner • To take responsibility and act in a solution-oriented manner Ideally at 4B ## We are an ambitious company that achieves goals together and celebrates successes.
