Receive visitors, customers, employees from other locations and suppliers and notify internal contact persons Issuing, managing and collecting visitor badges, badges for temporary employees and badges for contractors Ordering office supplies and coffee Point of contact for all questions in the office Responsible for orderliness in the reception area Quick and reliable receipt and forwarding of telephone calls Processing of courier shipments Booking and management of meeting rooms The assignments at our customer (pharmaceutical industry) take place in two shifts (07:30 -16.30 and 09:00-18.00). In the event of holidays, illness and other absences, you will also step in for the whole week. This is what makes you stand out.
