About the role ##

You will be responsible for designing an application to automate the tracking of 50 CSR indicators for our client. In direct collaboration with the manager, you will transform manual Excel processes into an integrated user-friendly solution.

Tasks ##

Design, development, and documentation of a Power Apps application to centralize and simplify the collection of CSR indicators.

• Develop an intuitive data collection application on Microsoft 365
• Structure and model the database to optimize reporting
• Centralize data from multiple Excel files to M365
• Document the application to ensure its sustainability and future duplication

We are looking for ##

• Good mastery of M365 (Power Platform and Power Apps)
• Good skills in database modeling
