La Fondation Saphir, a multi-mission and multi-site foundation (psychogeriartics, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of people who are fragile in their physical and mental integrity during their life process.
We are looking for our establishment EMS Montchoisi in Orbe, which welcomes 84 People and which specializes in the field of late-life psychiatry and geriatrics:

Regardless of their function, the professionals of La Fondation Saphir have a common will, that of accompanying People on a daily basis to allow them to concretely experience the institutional strategy of services "like at home". That is to say, to maintain their habits as much as possible, to offer an adapted response to their wishes and, through real interprofessional collaboration, to allow the well-being and happiness of the People.
As an assistant in community nursing and healthcare, you will be required to supervise and accompany People in daily life and will take part in their support in its entirety by evaluating their physical, psychic, social and spiritual needs. You will participate in the development of support projects and will perform medico-delegated acts under the delegation of the registered nurse and will know how to prioritize interprofessional collaboration. In addition, you will participate in the supervision of new professionals, apprentices and trainees of the support service.
