The Soziale Dienste Region Laupen (SDRL) are responsible for the municipalities of Laupen, Neuenegg, as well as 5 partner municipalities from the Laupen region and carry out the legal mandate within the framework of economic social assistance, child and adult protection, and maintenance enforcement. Our social service employs around 30 employees. As a result of the retirement of a long-standing employee, we are looking for a motivated personality to complement our experienced, collegial and committed team in the social assistance department. With us, you can expect diverse and responsible activities within the framework of legal social assistance and personal counseling. At the Soziale Dienste Region Laupen, you can contribute your experience and specialist knowledge and combine the legal foundations of social assistance with professional, solution- and resource-oriented social work. Your tasks • Eligibility assessments within the framework of economic social assistance • Support and personal counseling of social assistance recipients • Support of social assistance recipients in professional and social integration • Voluntary counseling • Taking over the school exclusion specialist office • If interested, participation in internal project-related working groups What you bring with you • Degree as a social worker BSc or FH • Experience and sound knowledge in the area of legal social assistance • Joy in contributing your expertise and experience to a qualified and collegial team • An independent, solution- and resource-oriented way of working • Diligence and efficiency in administrative tasks and in case management • Interest in a varied activity and in taking on responsibility • Motivation for professional development and further training • Driver's license Cat.
