Caretaker with focus on garden maintenance (80-100%)

We are a young company based in Sulgen TG and offer caretaker services, maintenance cleaning and garden maintenance work for companies and private individuals. To complete our team, we are looking for the following, immediately or by arrangement:

Caretaker with focus on garden maintenance (80-100%)

Your tasks:

• Garden maintenance (mowing lawns, fertilizing, pruning shrubs, etc.)
• Cleaning (stairwells, windows and underground garages)
• Maintenance and control work

Carrying out small repair and maintenance work

• Winter service assignments

Your profile:

• Specialist in facility management or comparable training
• Experience in garden maintenance as well as in building technology
• Manual dexterity
• Independent, reliable and precise way of working
• Team player
• Willingness to work irregular shifts (start of work at 6.00 am, working on Saturday mornings 1-2x per month, winter service etc.)
• Flexible, responsible, resilient and service-oriented personality
• Driver's license category B (mandatory), BE or the willingness to acquire it
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Resident in the Weinfelden region
