Our complete list of local benefits can be found below: Benefits in Visp Your tasks: In this responsible role, you will undertake central tasks within our production campaigns - together with colleagues from different specialist departments: Ensuring smooth processes through organizational and technical support of the production campaigns - for highest quality and safety; Monitoring planned work steps during pilot and production phases; Direct execution of production activities in the field of Bioconjugates in compliance with current cGMP guidelines - including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and optimization suggestions; Active participation in EHS measures (Environment, Health, Safety) as well as monitoring EM guidelines and risk assessments; Support in the commissioning and qualification of production plants and equipment; Technical training and support of the team, especially in handling certain plants and standard processes; Ensuring and continuous adaptation of manufacturing protocols and operating instructions in the event of deviations. What we are looking for: Do you already have sound experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnological production and want to further develop your knowledge in an innovative environment? Completed studies (Bachelor/Master) in Biotechnology, Bio-/Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines, or technical training with recognized further education and several years of professional experience; Experience with GMP standards is an advantage - but not a must if you are willing to learn; Readiness to work in the flexible 4-shift system; Very good German skills are essential; English skills facilitate communication; You are strong in communication, solution-oriented, and appreciate working in a team - your ideas are welcome here.
