We specialize in the manufacture of custom LED linear luminaires. In order to replace our departing colleague, we are looking for a commercial employee. Profile: – You possess a CFC as a commercial employee – You have experience in customer service and enjoy it – You are curious and motivated to learn – You are dynamic and smiling – Knowledge in electricity, in luminaires and/or ability to read plans would be an undeniable advantage – You are able to communicate orally and in writing in both French and German for our customer service. – You place customers at the center and respond to their requests as quickly as possible – You are rigorous and organized – You enjoy working in a team and in close collaboration with your colleagues – You are autonomous and ready to invest in continuous training. – Driver's license and private vehicle strongly recommended Tasks: – Telephone reception in French and German – Technical advice in French and German (Min.
