Solution Manager IAM

Your future begins here # In the area of Identity & Access Management (IAM), you will take on overall strategic responsibility as a Solution Manager for a business-critical solution with high relevance for digital and AI transformation. You position IAM as a central business enabler and ensure that its services create measurable added value for the company. In this role, you combine strategic leadership, financial responsibility, and operational implementation strength. You work at eye level with top leadership, business, security, architecture, and delivery and actively shape the further development of a complex enterprise landscape. You are part of the leadership team for IAM as a value stream and lead a solution management team. Your responsibility as a "Content Authority" extends from vision and roadmap via budget and prioritization to successful implementation. • You take ownership of the IAM solution roadmap and control the strategic direction, prioritization, and implementation of central IAM services • You position IAM as a strategic business enabler and translate IAM topics into measurable business value • You conduct strategic stakeholder management at the top leadership level and bring business, security, architecture, and delivery to common goals • You are responsible for the value stream budget - including financial planning, business cases, cost control, risk management, and investment prioritization • You decide on priorities, conflicts of interest, and dependencies with a clear focus on impact, feasibility, and sustainable business benefit • You lead direct reports in the solution management team, strengthen their further development, and ensure clear direction, high commitment, and successful delivery Your skills • Many years of experience (8-10+ years) in a strategic leadership role, e.g., in solution, product, or portfolio management • Sound and multi-year experience in the Identity & Access Management environment (e.g., Identity Governance, Access Management, Privileged Access Management) • Very strong stakeholder management at senior and executive levels • Proven experience in leading teams as well as in the development and alignment of organizational units • Distinct financial competence: budget responsibility, business cases, cost control, investment decisions, and financial risk management • You combine strategic thinking with consistent delivery orientation • You can present complex technical and business contexts concisely and translate them into clear decision-making bases • Very good German and English, other national languages are an advantage With us, you have the opportunity to work in one of our offices in Switzerland or from your home office.
