Tasks ##

Our strength in the mountains is drill and blast excavation. We realize demanding underground projects such as tunnels, caverns, shafts, but also renovations or high-performance route excavations with a high degree of mechanization. With your experience, you will strengthen our management and successfully bring demanding projects to their goal together with your team.

• You take responsibility for your construction sites, from AVOR to the successful final settlement.
• You lead and support our motivated teams on your construction sites professionally and personally.
• You maintain partnership-based customer relationships and implement pragmatic solutions in a goal-oriented manner.
• You work closely with our Technical Office, Engineering Team, and Operations Center and ensure a smooth process.
• You contribute your ideas and experience, actively help shape offers, and thus contribute to project success.

Workload: 80 - 100 %

Workplace: Lungern

Qualification ##

• Training as a Construction Manager, Civil Engineer, or certified Master Builder
• Several years of experience in underground construction or infrastructure construction
• Enthusiasm for underground construction and pleasure in being actively present on the construction site
• Enjoyment of teamwork, customer contact, and technical challenges
• Convincing communication and leadership skills
