Building Technician HVAC (in-house sanitary/heating installer)

What you can achieve: Project Management & Coordination: Planning, implementation, and supervision of conversions/expansions in the HVAC environment; coordination with external tradespeople and internal specialist departments. Maintenance & Upkeep: Responsibility for comfort and process ventilation systems, compressed air networks, fire protection systems (fire stations, fire extinguishers, sprinklers), wastewater and heat distribution as well as fuel and drinking water systems Logistics & Warehouse Management: Management of stock (filters, spare parts, tools) and ensuring order and cleanliness in the workshop and warehouse Master Data & Documentation Maintenance: Maintenance of plant data in the IH-Tool as well as creation/updating of maintenance and inspection protocols Support for External Sites & Apprentices: Technical support for other locations, supervision of external service providers and, advantageously, support in the training of FBU EFZ apprentices in the field of building technology Quality Controls: Carrying out SVTI controls, testing of safety valves, ladders, and fall protection What you bring with you Sanitary Installer EFZ or comparable training in the field of HVAC or TGM Several years of experience in maintenance and project work of HVAC systems, preferably in an industrial environment Good all-rounder qualities, hands-on mentality Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and confident handling of master data tools / Office applications Driver's license Cat. B required, forklift as well as operator course for aerial work platforms are desired or openness to training Enjoyment of vocational training as well as willingness for winter service on-call is desired
