• 08 July 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Rue du Bugnon 38, 1020 Renens We are looking, within our Industrialization, Methods and Lean Department, at the Renens (VD) site, for a: Industrial Systems and Automation Engineer (H/F) As a technical referent, you contribute to the development, reliability and evolution of our industrial production means. You ensure their development, maintenance in operational conditions and digitalization in order to permanently improve industrial performance, traceability and our manufacturing processes. In interaction with multidisciplinary (Production, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain) and international teams, you actively participate in industrial transformation projects in an environment where innovation, autonomy and continuous improvement are at the heart of our challenges. Your activities • Ensure the availability, reliability and evolution of our production means by designing, developing and evolving our test benches, measurement solutions (CMM) and industrial equipment. • Ensure their maintenance in operational conditions through preventive, corrective and evolutionary maintenance. • Develop digital solutions associated with our industrial means (software, firmware, operator interfaces, SQL databases, traceability systems, KPI and monitoring tools). • Participate in the industrialization of new products and support production teams in resolving complex technical issues. • Be a force for proposal and lead innovation projects, development of new production means and improvement of industrial processes. • Contribute actively to the digitalization and industrial transformation of the company. Your profile • Engineer training in mechatronics, automation, industrial computing, microtechnology or equivalent training. • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in an industrial environment, ideally in the development of production means or automated systems. • Good knowledge of industrial software development (C#, Python...), firmware and SQL databases. • Knowledge of CAO (Creo, Siemens NX or equivalent), industrial ERP (AS400, SAP or equivalent) and industrial communication architectures. • Strong interest in innovation, digitalization, industrial traceability and Industry 4.0 technologies. • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methods; a Green Belt certification is an asset. • Project management experience or training is a plus. • Excellent command of French and English.
