Your tasks:

• Activity on an open acute psychiatric ward with a focus on the psychosis spectrum
• Individual co-design of the acute psychiatric setting
• Support in the implementation of the nursing process in the multidisciplinary team
• Active participation in the implementation of new inpatient projects
• Active support in everyday life and relationship management
• Shifts in day and night service (night service staffed additionally with a certified person)

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist with experience in psychiatric work
• High flexibility and self-management skills
• Open, humorous and warm appearance
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Recovery-oriented attitude
• Ideally already a further education in aggression management or willingness to take this course
