For our client, an established company in switchgear and control system construction with many years of experience in industrial automation, we are looking for a technically proficient personality immediately or by arrangement. The company offers a varied field of activity with exciting customer projects as well as modern working conditions in a family-like environment. To strengthen the service team, a committed specialist with experience in electrical plant construction is sought.

Automation Service Technician (m/f/d) ###

Your Tasks ###

• Independent execution of installation and assembly work on electrical systems and controls
• Responsibility for professional wiring as well as the electrical connection of components and systems
• Execution of service, maintenance, and repair work at customer sites
• Systematic troubleshooting and efficient error rectification on machines and systems
• Support with technical optimizations and adjustments of existing control systems
• Commissioning of systems and controls at the customer
• Execution of functional tests as well as ensuring flawless system operation
• Contact person for customers regarding technical questions during assignments
• Documentation of the performed work and service assignments

Your Profile ###

• Completed vocational training as Automatiker EFZ, Automatikmonteur EFZ, or Elektroinstallateur EFZ
• Professional experience in switchgear construction, control system construction, or in industrial service is an advantage
• Good technical understanding of electrical controls and electrical schematics
• Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of systems
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• High level of personal responsibility as well as strong quality awareness
• Customer-oriented appearance and good communication skills
• Readiness for regional service assignments, optional international assignments are an advantage
• Valid driver's license category B
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
