Chef de Rang Room Service (a)

To support our Room Service team, we are looking for a Chef de Rang Room Service 100% immediately or by arrangement Tasks: • Preparation and distribution of welcome amenities as well as fruit plates in our 216 hotel rooms • Responsible for smooth Room Service with a focus on guest satisfaction • Secure knowledge of the food & beverage menu in Room Service • Carrying out beverage and food service according to LQA standards • Handling complaints quickly and in a guest-oriented manner • Willingness to support in other departments Your Profile: • Enjoyment and interest in luxury hospitality • Advantageous qualification as Restaurant Specialist EFZ or similar training • High quality and service awareness • Good German and English skills, further languages an advantage • Good communication and organizational skills
