Role Description: As an Occupational Therapist at Federleicht Gesundheitspraxis GmbH, you accompany patients in their daily coping and independence in different areas of life. Work priorities include neurological, occupation-oriented, and psychiatric occupational therapy. You conduct occupational therapy assessments, create individual therapy concepts, and implement them in individual or small group therapies. A focus lies on working with energy management in chronic or psychosomatic illnesses. In addition, you document the course of therapy, create reports, and maintain professional exchange with doctors, therapists, and other contact persons. The position can be filled full-time or part-time, takes place on-site in Oberwil BL or Lenzburg AG, and offers you the opportunity to bring in your own specialties and help shape the practice offerings.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training or studies in occupational therapy as well as profound knowledge in occupational therapy and rehabilitation desirable, in order to support patients purposefully in everyday life.
• Interest or experience in the field of psychiatry ideally with knowledge of energy management
• Strong communication and advisory competence in contact with patients, relatives, as well as colleagues, combined with empathy and a professional attitude.
• Independent, structured way of working, ability to work in a team, willingness for professional development, as well as ideally experience in practice organization and documentation.
