Lamineries MATTHEY is a company of the Notz Metall AG group and is located in La Neuveville (BE). For 125 years, it has indisputably established itself as one of the world leaders in the metallurgical field of high-precision cold rolling.

We produce custom precision metal strips in a wide range of alloys for customers worldwide, active in demanding sectors such as high watchmaking, advanced connectivity, automotive, aeronautics, or precision mechanics.

We are looking for a

Maintenance Manager ##

Your tasks:

• You manage our maintenance department as well as complex interdisciplinary projects and with external service providers.
• You and your team must ensure machine availability, control costs and deadlines, and ensure technical realization and performance.
• We also expect the person sought to be able to suggest and implement technical modifications aimed at improving processes in terms of costs and productivity in collaboration with the various departments (production, methods, etc.)

Your profile:

• Engineer having good knowledge in electricity and mechanics, automation, hydraulics and regulation.
• You have proven experience in managing maintenance and investment projects as well as a developed sense of contact; experience in the metal processing industry is desired.
• Good knowledge of German and English is necessary.
• Dynamic and communicative, with a sense of service
• Proactivity, reliability
• Autonomous and structured way of working
