Job description
small Foot AG stands for childcare that is at the center of our hearts. Since our founding in 2008, we have been committed to offering family-supplementary childcare at 37 locations in the cantons of Luzern, Aargau, Solothurn, Nidwalden, Obwalden, Uri and Zug. With over 1000 childcare places, we enable loving and professional care and support for children and their families. We care for children from 3 months up to the start of kindergarten (depending on the location, also after-school care until the end of primary school) and attach great importance to loving and supportive accompaniment. Your responsibility

Support of the team in the care and promotion of children
Co-designing a loving and supportive environment for the children
Implementation of pedagogical concepts
Promotion of individual skills and talents of the children
Support in parental work and transparent communication
Instruction of apprentices and interns
Collaboration with the Kita management
Your skills

Dipl. Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung or equivalent training in the pedagogical field
Experience in instructing apprentices or interns
Motivation and initiative to further develop oneself
Joy in dealing with children and a loving manner
Warmth and empathy in dealing with legal guardians and colleagues
Willingness for personal development
Ability to work in a team
